The design of new host structure, forming the nose catch stack device adopts active fold structure of drum mechanism of imported equipment, i.e. pinion rubbing folding drum and the cylinder rack, which will not stop under the state of folding drum running, with safe, reliable, high efficiency and no impact effect. Owning to the structure can be controlled by adjusting the angle of die laminated end position, the head cannot be affected by the inertial impact, especially engineering tire building machine, the great weight, inertial impact on the die service life greatly, so the new host institution can greatly increase the service life.
