Hot Air Systems is a diesel/LPG or wood fired system which produces Hot air directly or indirectly through heat transfer obtained from flue gases. We have both Direct and Indirect hot air generating systems.

Indirect Heating :

The flue gases from fuel burning do not come in contact with fresh air which is being heated and consequently the hot air generated is free from any odour, carbon particles or soot. This hot air can be fed directly to existing tumblers, dryers, chambers or whenever hot air is desired. The hot air generated is free from moisture and can attain a temperature of upto 300A C. In most of the cases, the savings are in the range of 65-70% over Electrical or steam heated systems.

Direct Heating :
Hot flue gases are mixed with cold atmospheric or re-circulated air to generate hot air at requisite temperature. This is used where higher temperature air is required. LPG/Gas based systems are more suited for this application.
