The NURU POWERCycle^TM (PWC) is the worlds first commercially available pedal generator (Patented) and one of the most efficient low-power energy platforms in the market today. It is specifically designed to charge the NURUlight (NL1) and converts human power into electrical charging power via a bicycle pedal or hand crank input system, a single stage transmission, an alternator and rectification.

Mounted on a locally manufactured, specially designed and adjustable wooden frame, the PWC may be operated with minimal excursion to fast-charge NURUlights, any time, anywhere. The human-centred design of the machine makes it incredibly easy to operate, maintain, and fix.
