Neutral Transparent Silicone Sealant

We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying excellent quality Neutral Transparent Silicone Sealant to our valuable clients. BLD655 is single component silicone sealant, neutral solidification, no corrosion to metals(except copper), coated glass, concrete and marble (granite), solidify quickly, mighty adhesiveness, low modulus, high displacement capacity; excellent weatherability with 30 years life-span under common weather condition; slight performance change between -20a ~120a . It has good adhesion to most of the building materials.

Application:
1.Weatherability seal for all kinds of glass curtain walls;
2. Adhesion and seal for big glass panel and day-light glass dome;
3.Elastic gap seal for polymethyl methacrylate, olycarbonate day light dome;
4.Adhesion and waterproof, dust-roof seal for electric appliance, mechanical installation.

Usage:
(1)Clean the surface that need adhesion with acetone or other solvents.
(2)Paste low viscosity adhesion on joint outer as protection, trim and remove the adhesion before curing.
(3)Users must do local tests on the compatible adhesion, ensure good adhesion between products and panels. Our company are not responsible for any accidental loss.

Limitation:
(1)Not suitable for materials that bleed grease, frost-laden or wet surfaces, airless place, temperature below 4a or above 40a .
(2)Not used as structural sealant.
