2. Principle
The Multi-Drug 6 in 1 Combo Test Cassette is an immunoassay based on the principle of competitive binding. Drugs which may be present in the urine specimen compete against their respective drug conjugate for binding sites on their specific antibody. There are two test strips in one test panel. The test strip one has immobilized specific MOP/KET/THC synthesis antigen in test region. The colloidal gold pad contains colloidal gold labeled anti specificity and anti mouse MOP IgG monoclonal antibody, anti mouse KET IgG monoclonal antibody, anti mouse THC IgG monoclonal antibody and rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody. The test strip two has immobilized specific MET/Ecstacy/COC synthesis antigen in test region. The colloidal gold pad contains colloidal gold labeled anti specificity and anti mouse MET IgG monoclonal antibody, anti mouse Ecstacy IgG monoclonal antibody, anti mouse COC IgG monoclonal antibody and rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody.

3. Directions for Use
It must read package insert before testing. Allow the test device, urine specimen and controls to reach room temperature(20A A C-30A A C)

(1)Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it.
(2)Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it in one hour as soon as possible, especially when temperature exceed 30A A C or under the high humidity conditions.
(3)Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine (approx. 100ml) to the specimen well (S) of the test device.
*The result should be read in 5-10 minutes after transferring specimens. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
