MOSI2 heating elements find wide application in industries such as metallurgy, glass, ceramics, and magnetic materials. These elements come in various shapes including "pole", "U", and "W", with custom shapes available upon request. Commonly seen types are "U" and "W". Specifications include diameters of A 3mm, A 4mm, A 6mm, and A 9mm at the hot end, with adjustable lengths for both hot and cold ends.

Physical Properties:

MOSI2 heating elements exhibit brittleness and hardness at high temperatures, with bend strength lower than usual. Plasticity increases above 1350A C, allowing elements to be curved into desired shapes under high temperature conditions.

Chemical Properties:

When used in high temperatures under an oxidizing atmosphere, MOSI2 heating elements form a protective SiO2 glass film on their surface, preventing oxidation. However, they should not be used between 400A C and 200A C for extended periods due to potential cremation under strong oxidizing conditions.

Usage Guidelines:

Handle "U"-shaped elements gently, preferably erecting them vertically.
Ensure the cone part extends inside the furnace.
Avoid screwing connectors too tightly initially; retighten after element temperature increases.
Maintain a distance of at least 25mm between the element and the boiler end.
Furnace tops should provide good heat preservation, with temperatures not exceeding 300A C.
Maintain a low voltage difference between the power connector and the element.
A 6/12mm elements should not exceed 170A, while A 9/18mm elements should not exceed 300A for extended periods.
MOSI2 elements are brittle and hard at room temperature; handle with care during movement and installation.
Use transformation equipment, preferably variable, to avoid fixed voltage.
Avoid screwing elements too tightly to allow flexibility at high temperatures.
