Modular 6000-ac Water Purification Filter Tank

These Modular 6000-AC Water Purification Filter Tank, mounted in Steel-frames for production of drinking water from polluted fresh water source. Each module is mounted on a plastic pallet (1200 x 800) for easy handling and storage.

The frames are designed for rough conditions and manufactured in
stainless steel (SS 2333/AISI 304).
PUMPING SYSTEM
Centrifugal pump type Pedrollo JSW 3 AL.
Pump casing of cast iron, shaft by stainless steel and impeller by bronze.
Maximum suction height 9 m, max capacity 7 m3/h at 40 mwp.
400 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 2,2 kW
WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
Compact system in three steps, with high purification capacity based on particle filtration, adsorption of contamination and bacteria removal in the same process without any chemical additives.
a) Pre-filtration in Sludge-filter, type cyclone filter Jumag SCV 4776 D, for removal of particles > 74 micron mounted after the pump. The sludge filter is equipped with manual purging and admits long intervals between backwashing of the JSP-filter (stainless steel filters), between once per day to once a week.
b) JSP-filter in highest quality stainless steel (SS 2343/AISI 316) with activated filter material Aqualitea c, which reduces a wide range of contaminations in one step without addition of chemical flocculates.
