Mist Lubrication System By S. P. Engineers

SP Engineers manufactures Oil Mist Lubrication Systems specially designed to deliver oil in the form of a fine fog or mist. Available in both intermittent and continuous discharge modes.

Applications: Conveyors, sliding chains, spindles, power presses, shearing machines, textile machines, CNC machining centres and other high-speed machinery.

How It Works: The system uses compressed air to atomise oil into a fine aerosol mist. The oil block is a metering block where oil discharge corresponds to the stroke of small spring-return pistons driven by pressurised air. The oil quantity is precisely controlled by adjusting the piston stroke via an adjusting screw. The air-oil mist is delivered through nylon tubing to each lubrication point.

Components: Acrylic reservoir tank, vertical float switch, oil block, air regulator, solenoid valve, FRL unit, mist nozzle, electronic timer (for intermittent mode). Four mounting brackets provided for wall mounting.
