Operation : This equipment is meant to press the Top cover onto the Seat belt housing of an Automobile.
* Two stations are available to carry out simultaneous operation
* Manual loading of Seat belt housing at the front
* Camera vision system is used to check the presence of Ratchet lever, spring, swivel bar and cover prior to moving to the assembly station
* Inspection result displayed on a 15 inch monitor in the front
* Shuttle arrangement is provided to transfer the component to the rear for assembly using Pneumatic cylinders
* Two hand cycle start for safety purpose
* Manual loading / Unloading of component
Control: PLC controlled, Pneumatic operated & MMI as front end. Poka-Yoke : Camera Vision system to monitor the availability of Ratchet lever, spring, swivel bar and cover.
