Matt hardener G570 is acrylate copolymer with glycidyl, gives good flow with low level gloss1-10A . It has perfect weather durability and anti-yellowing, suitable for all colors of Matt powders.

a c Application:
1. G570 to polyester ratio is 1:3 when use polyester with acid value around 30-35 mgKOH/g.
2. It is step curing for matting, lack of mechanical properties.
3. As the wide range of acid value and EEW, add 0.8%-1% HAA or TGIC to achieve better
curing and mechanical performance.
3. The gloss level would not change for re extrusion.
4. The gloss can be adjusted from 1A -10A with the dosage of TGIC or HAA.

a L Package and storage:
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25KG per bag.
Store in cool and dry place to avoid moisture, keep away from fire.
