Polyester Satin Fabric is a glossy, silky fabric with a lovely drape for a beautiful, airy effect. A weaving process is used to create the material, in which at least four weft strands float over a single warp yarn at a time, or vice versa. The fabric's glossy sheen is due to this floating. Because of its wrinkle-resistant property and ability to retain its shape, silky satin plain material 44" width, Light Weight high best quality Fabric is used in making Pillow cover/cases protectors, scrunches, petticoat, lengha, saree, Nity, Night Clothes, suit, sleep cap, Mask, bedsheet, Crafts, tablecloths, dACcor, Blouses and many more. Because these clothing are constantly worn and washed, they must be stain-resistant and durable. Silk was used to make satin. However, polyester and rayon are now the most common fabrics, both of which are not breathable. So, while satin feels cool to the touch, it's not an ideal summer cloth.
