We are Making and Supplying Manually Operated Traffic Signal Controllers in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Traditionally used Fixed time Controllers provide a predetermined amount of green time (30 secs for Eg.) for each road at the junction. This green time so allotted need to elapse for that road, before the controller switches the green signal to the next road. It is the case, even when there is no traffic waiting on that particular road, This type of control system adds unwanted fatigue on road users giving scope to road rage.

By adding certain amount of intelligence to the Controller, we can easily overcome the situation. By employing sensors that monitor traffic density and accordingly vary the green time. This adaptability helps the motorists to reduce their wait times and fatigue. This is called ADAPTIVE TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM.

The sensors come in various types, ranging from Inductive loop detectors to Camera based video analytics. We employ Inductive Loop Detectors for its cost effective approach. These Loop Detectors (ILD), are Industrial Grade in nature.

These ILD's provide their outputs to the Controller. We have designed our Control logic around an Industrial Grade PLC. This Controller (PLC) is rugged, reliable and proven in technology. Added, the system can be made modular as well. The system becomes suitable to the budget of the user.
