Low-yellowing All-round Cationic Softener Flake S400

Clients can avail from us excellent quality Low-Yellowing All-Round Cationic Softener Flake S400 which is compound of fatty amide. It can be used for softening finishing of cotton, linen and their blends, bring perfect soft and smooth feeling to fabrics, low effect on whiteness.

Characteristics:-
1. Impart fabrics with soft, lubricating and bulky feeling after finishing.
2. Low yellowing, extremely little effect on whiteness and color shade.
3. Can be mixed with cationic agents as color fixing agent one bath.
4. Confect solution has excellent stability.

Basic property:-
Appearance: white flake
Ionicity: cationic
pH Value: 3.3A 1.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: add softer flake into warm water about 60a , stir enough to make completely dissolved, cool down and filtrate.

Application field:-
Softening finishing of natural fiber and their blend knitted and woven fabrics, yarns and ready-made clothes.

Recommended dosage: 10% of softener flake S400 3-5% (o.w.f)

Packing: 25kg per bag.

Storage:-
Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
Beware of being stressed for fear of agglomerating.
