Low Phosphorus Qem 1028

Our range of Low Phosphorus QEM 1028 is a new a greena environmentally friendly compliant electro less nickel process designed to deposit a uniform, low phosphorus nickel alloy onto a wide variety of substrates including aluminium alloys, stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel, copper alloys, etc., as well as certain non-conductors.
QEM 1028 offers high speed, consistent brightness, and excellent work load flexibility at low operating use of QEM EN 1028 is specially recommended when deposit characteristics call for any of the following properties:
a c Lead and cadmium free.
a c Corrosion resistance in caustic environment
a c High as-plated hardness
a c Lower electrical resistivity
a c Solderability without the use of high acid fluxes
QEM EN 1028 is supplied in three liquid concentrations: QEM EN 1028MU, 1028 A and
1028 C. QEM EN 1028 MU is used for make-up, and QEM EN 1028 A and 1028 C are
used for replenishment.
