Qem 1088 Medium Phosphorous

QEM 1088 Medium Phosphorous is a new a greena environmentally friendly compliant electroless nickel process designed to deposit a uniform, bright nickel - phosphorous alloy onto a great variety of metals,
alloy, and non-conductors. The process is lead and cadmium free.
QEM EN 1088 is supplied in three liquid concentrates: QEM EN 1088 A, 1088 B and 1088 C.
QEM EN 1088 A and 1088 B are used for make-up, and QEM 1088 A and 1088 C are used for replenishment.
Some advantages of the QEM EN system are: ease of use, improved corrosion resistance, ammonia free make-up, excellent stability and consistent plating rate. QEM EN 1088 electroless nickel
processes meet or exceed MIL-C-26074Di ASM 2404Ci ASTM-B-733 and ASTM-B-368.
QEM EN 1088 is suitable for use in an automatic plating plant.

Phosphorous content : 5 - 9% by wt.
Hardness (as plated) : 500 VHN 100
(heat treated @ 400 degree C for 1 hr) : 950 VHN 100
Salt spray (ASTM-B-117) : 100 - 120 hrs
Stress : slightly tensile
Magnetic Properties : slightly magnetic
