2. There are 5 Types of de-coating wheel
a NN(GREY) series is hardest and it has strong cutting efficiency and adaptability. It can remove the double silver and triple silver without scratch.
a N (GREY) series is harder and it can be used for double and triple silver too, however, the life time is shorter than NN series.
a cRN (GREEN) series is soft and it is suitable for single silver. It can remove the coating completely.
a LZ (GREY OR RED) series can be use for hand machinei it has a very competitive price.
a C(RED)series is in leading level in the world. During heating process from 2a to 380 a ,it can be carbonized without melting. Deleting coating without residual and the glass can be bonded easily after deleting.
NN, N and RN series have good performance on Lisec, Bystronic, Hanjiang and etc automatic decoating
Production line. They are also suitable for hand decoating machine. We suggest you have a try with N/RN/Z/C.
