2. Working principle
Based on its properties such as the inner friction and side pressure the bulk has its inner pressure increased by the towing force in its moving direction from the driving drum in the belt trough thus the internal friction between the particles becomes larger. When the tile angle is within a certain range such friction can ensure the material layers are in stable condition and move as a whole. When the internal friction between material layers is greater than the external friction from the belt the supporting roller under the belt moves forward together with the materials and when the ratio of internal and external forces meets certain conditions the material flow will be stable.
