About Product:

Water - 250ml
Rice - 1/2 kg
Turmeric Powder - 1tsp
Veg Oil - 50ml
Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
Gram Lentils/Channa Dal - 1tbsp
Black Lentils/Dal Urd (Wash) - 1tbsp
Lemon juice - 1tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - To Taste

Directions...

Soak Chana dal in water for about 15-20 min before cooking. Separates from water and keep aside for later use.
Boil rice with turmeric powder, stir it once and then shut the cooker with the lid, after 2min open the cooker.
Heat oil in a pan; add mustard seeds when splutters add chana dal, urd dal and fry till golden brown in color.
Add curry leaves and dry red chilies, mix well.
Remove pan from heat and pour the prepared mixture over rice boiled rice (from step2).
Mix salt with lemon juice. Spread the lemon juice over rice prepration.
Mix well and serve hot.
