Another one for transfer stack from forming table to the cage Break Down Table Furnished with rubberized chain conveyor to take over the cured stacks from the Lift Elevator. Conveyor Speed 175 mm /sec. Assembly Table Furnished with rubberized chain conveyor to transfer uncured of stack from the table to the lift elevator. Conveyor Speed 175 mm/ sec. Standard Vacuum Lift-Hoist To transfer S.S. plates & Caul Plates between Break down, Assembly & Rest Tables. Complete on "C" beam equipped by chain, UHMW wheels and robust slide ways to horizontally drive the Carriage holding chassis equipped with six nos. vacuum cups. Stationing electro-mechanically for proper stationing. Complete with vacuum generator. Lifting & Lowering Speed 175 mm /sec. Up & Down Stroke 400 mm. Travel Distance 5400 mm. Safe Guard System Three minutes holding time in case of power failure.
