METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1.Boil 2000 ml water in a medium sized vessel. Put the kesari color given is separate pouch in boiling water.
2. Add 1kg Sheera mix to the boiling water.
3. Stir it continuously for approx. 2 - 3 minutes until it thickens and all the water is absorbed.
4. Serve it hot and garnish it with roasted dry fruits of your choice.
