Kleenogs Oil And Grease Separator

KleenOGS Oil and Grease Separator is an advanced food waste and FOG (Fats, oil & Grease) separation system from the wastewater discharged from the kitchen.

Positioned between the Kitchen and the STP it removes the solid food wastes and FOG from the kitchen wastewater effectively before they enter the STP.

Advantages of using KleenOGS Oil and Grease Separator a
1. It traps the solid food wastes and FOG in wastewater from going into STP.
2. The trapped solid food wastes are collected in a perforated strainer basket that can be taken out and the waste food is disposed off.
3. The FOG from the wastewater is floated up over water surface by the design of serpentine water flow. The floated FOG is drained out by opening the grease drain valve manually and collected in a container for safe disposal.
4. There is no shock load of contaminants ever going into STP that will be difficult for bacteria to digest leading to inefficient functioning of STP.
5. The uniform condition of wastewater output from OGS ensures optimum bacterial colony. More no. of bacteria means faster and better waste digestion and lesser use of high air blowers saving energy and less frequent backwash of sand and carbon filters.
