ITLS PU40 SL is a self-leveling moisture curing one component sealant based on
polyurethane, which forms a flexible and resistant joint with very good adhesion on most
materials.
Areas Of Application
ITLS PU40 SL can be used for bonding and caulking different materials used in the building
industry, such as concrete, wood, aluminum, most lacquered metals, polyester, glass, stone,
baked clay, concrete roof tiles, ceramic tiles.
Instructions For Use
Substrate Preparation:
* The substrates must be clean, even, dry, free of dust, oil, grease and any contaminants
that could harm bonding.
* They may be cleaned with MEK, acetone or grease remover.
Apply A Primer If Necessary:
* Check the compatibility of the solvent used with the substrates.
* When using solvents, extinguish all sources of ignition and carefully follow the safety
and handling instructions given by the manufacturer or supplier.
* Allow the substrate to dry after degreasing.
* We recommend to cleaning concrete with a metal brush.
Storage And Shelf Life
6 months in the original, hermetically sealed packaging between 5 and 25a (stability
checking after 6 months underway)
