* Sucessive coats of ceramic slurries & refractory sand are applied with intermediate drying time to form a shell.
* Wax pattern invested in "shell" is melted out by applying heat sourse during de-waxing stage to form a hollow shell.
* The specified molten metal is poured in the hot backed hollow shell.
* Upon cooling the precision castings are achieved after usual operations like gate removal, cleaning,etc &subjected to further processing such as heat treatment, surface treatment etc.
