The master tank is fitted with condensing coils, connected to compressor, capillary, motor, fan and a condenser for cooling the water in the master tank. The cold water in turn cools the processing chemicals in the auxiliary tanks. A separate washing tank with inlet and over flow, is also provided. An electronic Digital Temperature indicator cum Controller, maintains the temperature of the chemicals at 20A C A 2 A C, as per the recommendations of the film manufacturers. The overall equipment is made of Stainless Steel sheet and SS frame work. All the processing tanks are made of SS316 corrosion resistant stainless steel.
