Intake & Exhaust Valve For Engine

Our Engine Valve Sets are either custom-made based on the design given by a particular customer, or with reference to international standard book with part numbers. These Engine Valve Set can be used in cars, trucks and tractors of any model and, therefore, are available in different sizes. We use different material while fabricating the intake and exhaust valve that form a part of the internal combustion engine.
This is done so that these can operate efficiently under different conditions. The intake valves are usually made using alloy steel as these valves are not exposed to the corrosion triggered by hot exhaust gases. These valves, thus, have a longer problem-free operational life. The exhaust valves, on the other hand, are made using CRSI as these valves are susceptible to the rust-causing action of high temperature gases. Apart from this, we also use a various alloys for large diesel engine exhaust valves that have to bear very high stress.
