1a The conventional cutting torch adopts an equal pressure : the gas is supplied at the same pressure as the inlet and outlet, with a large pressure difference from the preheating oxygen. In the short preheating oxygen channel in cutting nozzle, the gas and preheating oxygen are mixed in very short time to produce a preheating flame, this mixing is not sufficient and the gas utilization rate is low.

2a This inject style cutting torch adopts a jet pump structure: high-pressure preheating oxygen is sprayed out at high speed through the jet pump nozzle of the suction pipe, continuously taking away the gas in the suction chamber, forming a low-pressure zone in the suction chamber. The preheating oxygen and gas start to mix, and the mixed airflow passes through a longer preheating oxygen channel, keeping the flow rate and pressure same, fully mixing, improving the combustion rate of the gas, and reducing the unit energy consumption rate!
