Lmk-af (economical) mobile welding fume purification equipment adopts advanced filtration technology to provide a solution for the treatment of single station welding fume. This series of equipment is mainly used for the purification of smoke and dust generated in welding polishing cutting polishing and other processes as well as the recovery of rare metals and precious materials. It can purify the human body from a large amount of dust suspended in the air.

Working principle:

Through the gravitational action of the fan the welding smoke is sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal dust hood. A flame arrester is set at the air inlet of the equipment. The spark is blocked by the flame arrester and the smoke gas enters the settling chamber. By using gravity and upward airflow the coarse dust is directly reduced to the ash hopper and the fine smoke dust is captured on the outer surface by the filter element. After being filtered and purified by the filter element the clean gas flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element The clean air is adsorbed and further purified by the activated carbon filter and then discharged through the air outlet after reaching the standard.
