We are major manufacturer and supplier of Industrial Bead Mills in V.U. Nagar, Gujarat, India. Bead Mill is a batch process equipment designed for optimum efficiency with very low energy Requirement. The dispersion time is as low as 30 min. for Titanium Dioxide to as high as 90 min. for Carbon Black, after all the Pigments has been incorporated (Loaded) in the machine and does not include charging and discharging time. The dispersion time heavily depends on formulation and other operating parameters. In general the total batch time, including charging & discharging along with dispersion time will be around Two to Two & a half hours,which varies according to the operation style and functioning of the Industry
