Inclusion Red Color (pigments) are the leading products of our company.They widely used in the tableware,art ceramic,tile and sanitary industries.
Inclusion(encapsulated) cadmium ceramic pigments: red, orange, yellow, voilet & acid green (up to 1300'c)
component : Zr-Si-Se-Cd
Application hints of our inclusion ceramic pigments are as follows:
1. Better results with high refractive index fritted glazes.
2. Glazes systems containing Alkali metals (<5% weight) improve the color development of pigment inclusion.
3. Component of SiO2 in glazes should below 50% (weight).
4. Best results with no Zinc, not suitable for Zirconium Opacified Glazes.
5. To avoid mechanical destruction of inclusion pigment during glaze preparation, we recommend adding the pigment when only 5% of the total milling time remains.
6. An appropriate amount of PbO added in the glaze can increase the brightness and lightness of color.
