I. V. Cannula With Injection Port & Wings

Protects the needle and catheter from contamination as well as prevents accidental damage

Catheter:
* Made of kink resistant and biocompatible virgin PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene), with extremely smooth inner and outer surfaces to ensure easy venipuncture with minimum trauma. It has lowest coefficient of friction and reduces the chances of thrombophelebitis and sticking to the vascular walls
* Gently tapered catheter tips aligns with the needle bevel to provide smooth transition from needle to catheter
* Thin wall thickness of the catheter allows maximum flow rate for a specific gauge of cannulae
* Optimum distance between needle bevel and catheter tip
* Catheter with radiopaque lines and non-radiopaque (transparent) are also available

Optional Catheter Material:
* Polyurethane (PU)
* Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP)

Flashback Chamber:
* Transparent flash back chamber for immediate confirmation of venipuncture
* Specially designed to prevent any spillage of blood
* Prevents formation of air bubbles

Blister Packing:
* All I.V.Cannula are sterile and individually packed in rigid blister and are sealed in peel open type medical paper
