We are offering our customers a wide range of Horizontal High Pressure Steam Sterilizer, which are available following Specifications :-
* Hamber Size- 600mm x 900mm x 1500mm.
* Material thickness- Chamber shall be SS 5mm thick or higher, Jacket shall be MS 10mm or higher, Doors- SS 12mm or higher.
* Steam generator- 36 kW, Water ring vacuum pump- 3 HP.
* SS construction with internal contact parts of SS 316, Double doors SS 316, Solid Square Silicone gasket for effective sealing, Resin bonded glass wool of 50mm thick, Outer cover of Insulation in SS 304.
* Auto control panel shall be PLC based with option for future PC hook up (Only PC compatibility provided).
* Thermograph & Intermittent duty provided.
* 50mm thick fiber glass resin bonded wool as insulation to casing provided.
* MS pipe stand with leveling flanges provided.
* Services pipes on un sterile side maintained.
* All valves & pipes in & out chamber with SS
* Dial type temperature meter provided. Two numbers pressure cum vacuum type gauges for chamber- One on sterile and other on un sterile side. One pressure gauge for jacket provided.
