Working flow:-
Hydraulic un-coiler with coil car Loop pit with table Leveler and feeder-- servo feeding --hydraulic 3 station punching Loop pit with table--Roll forming servo operated flying hydraulic cutting run out table with stacking system. Line drawing to be given separately. Line direction will be confirmed by buyer in due course.

1.Raw Material Hot rolled coils
2. Strip width 480 mm for W beam -749 for Thrie beam
3. Yield strength 250mpa to 480 MPa & UTS upto 550 MPa
4. Execute standard of w beam to be followed AASHTO M180 .
5. Design speed 25 mtrs per minute.
6. Output speed 3-5 pcs of 4 mtrs each every minute or say 16-20 mtrs per minute finished goods post cutting.
