High Toughness Zirconium Silicate Grinding Beads - Color: White

ZS beads are of upper medium density (4.0 g/cm3), tough and sapphire hard (9 Mohs scale), ideally suited for speedy dispersion / milling of hard and soft substances in high-low speed, horizontal and vertical type bead mills, sand mills, attritor, turbo, and pearl mills.

ZS beads, being of low coefficient of friction, have a glossy satin smooth surface and are most gentle to expensive mill parts.

ZS beads are free from pin holes or cracks, bead fused with other beads resulting in reduced downtime, and greater process safety. During the change of formulation process, cleaning and washing of beads is faster and less cumbersome.

Zirconia silicate micro beads have dense homogeneous internal microstructure, due to this property beads maintain satin smooth surface finish and do not crack or shatter easily. As the hours of milling progress, the wear rate of zirconia silicate micro beads reduces further, and the surface finish of beads appears more glossy.
