Clients can avail from us High-Concentrated Formaldehyde-Free Fixing Agent 706-80% which is multi-amine cationic polymer. It can make up of macromolecular compound with dyes, synchronously combined with fiber, then achieve to improve soaping and rub fastness of fabrics.

Characteristics:-
1.Has no free formaldehyde or combined formaldehyde, accord to eco request.
2.Can obviously improve soaping and rub fastness of fabrics after fixation.
3.Has no effect on brightness of dye fabrics, basically no effect on color shade.

Basic property:-
Appearance: yellowish to yellow transparent liquid
Ionicity: cationic
pH value: 6.0-7.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: can be diluted with water by any ratio

Application field:-
Color fixing for dyeing and printing of reactive, direct, sulfur and acid dye.

Application process:-
The valid ingredient of the product is 80%, it can be used direct or after being diluted by ratio of 1:3-1:5(Action: valid ingredient of routine product in market is a 20%).
Immersion method:
Diluted fixation: 1-3% (o.w.f)
Liquor ratio: 1:10-1:20
pH value: 5.0-7.0
40-60a , treat time: 20-30minutes.
Dip padding: Diluted fixation: 5-20g/L
Action: The dosage of 706-80% can be changed according to dark or light of dye fabrics, for dark color, enhanced, and for light, reduced.

Action: Generally, it cana t be used with anionic agent in one bath.
Packing: 50kg and 120kg plastic drum.
