At present, the official information is that a total of 19 different systems of compulsory certification exist in the Russian Federation in different legal fields.

The TA V Rheinland Group is able via its certification department to supply manufacturers with DIN GOST TA V certification and, via Mertcontrol, with GOST R mandatory certification for specific individual shipments, and GOST R certificates (annual certificates) for type-tested products.

The TA V Rheinland Group labs in Cologne, Berlin and Dresden are the first and only laboratories in Germany with GOST accreditation.
