These Glycoluril Crosslinker TMMGU (17464-88-9) is in general suitable to formulate exterior durable powder coatings along with proper catalysts.

Catalysts
In order to achieve desired finishes it is required to use the different catalysts for example for wrinkled finishes amine- blocked sulfonic acids are needed. If desired such catalysts will be available along with RD-T1174.

Use levels
Mix ratio approx. 94/6 of polyester to RD-T1174.

Incorporation and processing Instructions
RD-T1174 should be mixed with resin hardener pigments and other raw materials in a high-speed mixer and then extruded.

Shelf life
Based on our experience the shelf life of this product is at least within one year from date of manufacture. For older than this period it is recommended to re-check the performance.

Storage & Notice
Store in temperature between 2 and 35 C or cool dry place to avoid wetting-absorption.
