Glass Lined Column Reactor On Cpw

We are exporting, manufacturing and supplying an extensive variety of Glass Lined Column Reactor on CPW in Zibo, Shandong Sheng, China to our customer.

1)Glass Lined Reactor: 50L-30000L (Flanged type and Mono type, with the whole accessories including shell, cover, thermowell,agitator, bottom flush valve, motor, gear box,mechanical seal,etc.);

MOC: Q235B/Q245R/Q345R that equals ASTM SA 516 gr 60/70) ALL OF INNER SHELL SURFACE WILL BE sand blasted / GRINDED SMOOTHLY BEFORE GLASS LINING.

Design Pressure:

Reactor :-1 to 6 Kg/cm2 (g) or [0.1 to 0.6 MPa]
Jacket:-1 to 6 Kg/cm2 (g) or [0.1 to 0.6 Mpa]
Design Temperature:0-200 degree
Flange connection size: ANSI--150#

2) : Glass Lined Tank: 100L-100,000L (Flanged type and Mono type/ Vertical type and Horizontal type, with dip pipe,thermowell,bottom flush valve if required, );
MOC: Q235B/Q245R/Q345R that quals ASTM SA 516 gr 60/70) ALL OF INNER SHELL SURFACE WILL BE sand blasted / GRINDED SMOOTHLY BEFORE GLASS LINING.
