The provided GJ2A-H Series Rubber Slitter is used for rubber dividing in the anterior procedure of cold feed extruder. The machine is used to provide the rubber strip sizing I 120, I 90, I 60 etc for duplex extruder and cold feed extruder. The slitter have following characteristics: rational structure, reliable on safty protection, good applicability, high precision, energy-saving and efficient, simple and easy to operate,durable and convenient to maintain, etc. And it can slit the rubber to different size according to the customer`s requirement at one time. The machine`s maximum processing width is 1000mm, the maximum processing thickness is 80mm, the discharging specifications: 100mm, 80mm, 60mm, 30mm. If slitting rubber materials, the maximum hardness is Brinell hardness 70 degrees, the minimum hardness is Brinell hardness 18 degrees. The slitter can slit all kind s of rubber and plastic materials
