GIO-METAL CAD-CUT Heat Transfer Film
GIO-METAL is the polyurethane CAD-CUT film of metallic surface. It has the vinyl carrier on the glue side so the carrier should be taken off before being applied to the plotter.
The original film has shiny metallic surface at one time heat press. But it can be matt when the PET carrier on top of the design is taken off after the first heat press and a PTFE coated film is put on top of the shiny surface for the second heat press. If you want to express more unique patterns, use any mesh or knitted fabric which have rough texture and try the second heat press on top of the shiny metal surface heat pressed one time.

Application instructions
- Cut in mirror image through adhesive layer (dull side) to the plastic backing.
- Weed the excess material and lay the cut pattern on the fabric.
- Heat press at 150oC for 8 ~10 seconds and take off the PET carrier after 15 seconds.
Washing
- Washer : Standard Household Washing Machine
- Temperature : 40oC
- Detergent : Standard Household Detergent
- Setting : Colored Clothing without Pre-wash
- Maximum washing time on highest temperature not to exceed 12 minutes.
- Maximum total washing time not to exceed 50 minutes.
- Test fabric for dye migration.
