Gilgal Ultralow Freezer

GILGAL Ultralow freezer are designed to conduct life cycle testing, life studies etc., and are insulated with highdensity CFC free polyurethane foam. The range of our ultra low freezer have the following specifications:

a c Outside made of 2mm MS with Powder coated
a c Inner chamber made of SS 316
a c Insulation made of puff with the thickness of 100mm to 150mm
a c Main door made of 2mm CRCA sheet with double feed magnetic rubber gaskets
a c Inner subdoor of 10mm thick SS fully stainless steel with puff insulation Equipment mounted on smooth moving castor wheel.

* Air cooled Refrigeration system using cascade compressors help to obtain -86
* Compressor shall be hermetic from DAN FOSS (Germany)
* EBM NODI ( Gemany) Axial fan for cooling condensers
* Oil separators,Dryers,HP & LP cut outs all DAN FOSS
* CFC FREE, Eco friendly refrigerants are used in the refrigeration system
* Microprocessors based temperature controller
* PT100 RTD sensor
* Compact modular design
