How We Started and How We WorkU.P. Agro Food Products was started in August 2017 after the introduction of GST (the new commercial tax regime) in the country. We merged all our older firms to form this new firm as per the GST rule. Though we are a family business, the grandfather of the current generation leader, Mr. Padam Pandey, started it at the young age of 15–16 years. His legacy was well carried by the father of our proprietor, who gave him charge of the entire business of selling Cow A2 Desi Ghee and Buffalo A2 Milk Desi Ghee. We are situated on the bank of our holy river Ganga (Ganga Ji) in Farrukhabad town, which is linked to 5–6 nearby districts. We are in a location that is close to the river and has huge grasslands (meadows) with over 500 to 600 small villages. All these meadows around our location are naturally irrigated by Ganga water.
