Tubular Type
The equipment is designed to sterilize puree / pulp concentrates, fibration liquid to ensure long perid shelf life.
It is designed
through digital heat quantity calculation which controls the precise
sterilization temperature and cooling time, thus reducing flavour /
aroma / nutrition loss and ensuring ascepticity of the product.
- Tubular sterilizer are used for high viscosity liquids or liquids containing granules / fibres
- The equipment adopts multiple heating tubes
incorporating floating heads / double sealing and can endure pressure
drops. it adopts multiple section to carry our heating sterilization and cooling and can attain heat conduction efficiency up to 90% - The equipment incorporates multiple temperature
detecting which are linked to the controlling PLC. The system is
programmed for automatic CIP cleaning.
