These are made from selected varieties of Mango. Fully matured Mangoes are harvested, quickly transported to our IQF plant, inspected and washed. Selected high quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers; Fully Ripened Mango fruits are then washed, hand peeled, sliced, sanitized, diced at different sizes like 6x6 mm, 10x10 mm, 20x20mm as required, frozen and packed under strict hygienic conditions.

Features and Specifications
Packaging: Farm Fresh IQF products are available in 1, 10 kgs bag in box packing. IQF fruit products are packed food grade LDPE bags.
Quality Standards: HACCP, GMP, SPC & QA systems are applied in the manufacturing, storage & other operations. Product is approved for HALAL. The system is certified for BRC.

IQF product: It should be stored at cool & dry place below 18C

Shelf-life: Twenty four months from the date of manufacturing when stored below 18C.

Custom Products: Farm Fresh IQF fruit products can also be supplied as per customers specifications.

Preservatives: Free from any chemical preservatives.

Pesticide Residues: In conformance with WHO recommendations & EC directives.

Color Flavour & Taste:The colour, texture, flavour and taste are uniform and consistent.

Usages: Farm Fresh IQF products are easy to handle can be used in unlimited applications. Some of these are:
