Fresh Sea Buckthorn Juice Production Line

Concerning the characteristics that sea buckthorn are fragile and not suitable for long distance transportation, we successfully developed the movable Fresh Sea Buckthorn Juice Production Line. The juicing rate is above 80% and the intact rate of seeds above 98%. The sea buckthorn juice produced by this fruit juice production line using totally-enclosed technology with oxygen-insulating has good taste without adding any antiseptic. It can be stored and transported in normal temperature. The fruit juice is packaged by aluminum foil asepsis bag inside and metal pail outside. The packaging is 200 kg barrel. This production line can process 1-1.5T fresh fruit in one hour, with a power of 24KW, voltage of 380V, using 1T water per hour, and covers a space of 10*2.2*8 CBM.
The production line has been sold to sea buckthorn planting base in Qinghai and Heilongjiang provinces. We are willing to provide training for operators for free.
