This is mostly for poultry, meat and sea food.
Incoming material cold stores are provided based on capacities.
We have a cooking room where we have grinder meat extractors, provision stores, masala trolleys with opening for different masala that can be used in the Process.
We then have forming machine with a lift arrangement, a battering unit, a breading unit and a frying unit. These equipments are from china and come in three sizes as under
50kg/hr,
200-500kg/hr and 1000-1200kg/hr.
After frying the product is cooled in proofing and once it is 15/20 deg c it is taken for IQF freezing to minus 22 deg c.
The product is then packed and stored in a finished cold room at minus 22 deg c.
