We are offering Coconut Water Consultancy Services for Coconut water in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Coconut water should not be pasteurized as it leaves the product without the original taste. The clarifying and sterilization process has to be done in a clean room Insulated with 60mmpolyurethane panels with temperature at 20 deg c and RH 75%. The coconuts arriving from the lorry is unloaded in the factory and an inclined conveyor Takes the coconuts to a conveyor where the same are cleaned by water and with soft brushes it is dried. The coconuts are then conveyed to a large SS cutting wheel which splits the coconut in two halves . The coconut water is collected in SS tank below the machine.
The coconut water is conveyed to a clarifying tank through a 5 micron Filter. This process comes under the sterile room. After clarifying the water is taken to a Plate Heat exchanger where the coconut water is cooled to 4 deg c using chilled water at 1 deg c. The chilled coconut water is taken to a blending tank where Resins are mixed and finally taken to micro filtration using 0.8 micron filter. The Coconut water is conveyed to an SS tank from where it goes for filling.
The filling can be in Pet bottles, or 330ml cans or 1L bag in box.
The total process depends upon the volume to be handled.
