PW 1245Food process cleaner for C.I.P. & Semi closed system & high Ph tolerant MFUF Apperance : Clear water white to pale Yellow colored liquid General composition: Selective blend of alkali and sequestering chelating agents and amphoteric surfactants and acid stable foam booster. Ph : (Neat): >12 Application: Stable Alkaline detergent for cleaning of organic soils oils & fats. Dosage:0.5% to 5% Temperature of use: 55 to 60 D. C. Contact time: 30 to 45 minutes minimum. After the washing process is over the system should be thoroughly rinsed with DM water to remove any traces of alkali from the surface. Sometimes use of diluted acid solutions are also recommended - post - alkaline wash. However cleaning of filtration system is a specialized job considering the material used for different filters (MfUfNF etc) choice of cleaners should be related to the tolerance of the membrane filters and recommendations of their manufacturers. Handling: Product PW 1245 being a highly alkaline cleaner it should be handled with care and any direct contact with the skin eyes should be strictly avoided. Use of suitable hand gloves and safety goggles are strongly recommended.
