These shredders are based on Hammer Mill principle of working and come equipped with 16 to 20 alloy steel hardened Hammer blades mounted on central Toughened Shaft.
Single shaft shredders come in 1 to 3 hp range with direct/belt drive and can give 50 to 400 kg/hr throughput for food and kitchen organic wastes.
Dual shaft type shredder models in this category include: PS 220 OH MC, PS 300 OH MC, PS 300 MC, PS 400 MC, PS 300 H MC, PS 400 H MC, PS 600 H MC.
These shredders come in belt-pulley and gear drive configuration and have case hardened alloy steel cutters (Regular or toothed roll type) suitable for food and other organic waste shredding application.
