Fire Resistant Silicone Sealant

Our fireproofing Silicone Sealant is a one-part, neutral curing, fire-rated silicone sealant. It has an excellent adhesive ability to most construction materials without a primer.

Where to use
It has excellent unprimed adhesion to a range of common construction substrates including stone, steel masonry, brick, wood, etc. It is ideal for weather sealing of curtain walling, building facades and expansion joints where a fire rating is required. It is also suitable for use in penetration sealing systems where pipes and cables pass through fire rated structures.

Material feature : ZJ-701 can keep good viscous degree and can easily extrusion at 25a ~50a .

Packing : 300ml plastic cartridges, 24 cartridges per carton.

Colors : ZJ-701 is available in 4 standard colors: white, black, gray, brown. We can also supply the other color according to the customer's requirement.

Storage and usable life : When stored at dry and airy, 27a or lower temperature conditions in the original unopened container, ZJ-701 fireproofing Silicone Sealant has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.

It has Good features as follow:
a. Can be easily used and extruded any time.
b. Excellent thyrotropic and extrusion ability, in any air temperature( -40a to 100a ) can extrude easily.
c. Neutral cure, no corrosive to most structural materials.
d. When meet flame, it will not help to burn.
