2.Up corrugated roller,pressure roller and glue roller by pneumatic adjustment.
3.Cardboard reansmit is vacuum suction method,with wind control system which keep the lower roller flute profiles stable in the condition of running up.
4.Bearing of corrugated and pressure roller adopt high temperature lubricate grease.
5.Glue parts is auto and circularly supply glue.
6.The upper-lower corrugated roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel,through heat-treatment.The hardness HRC58-60,and the surface is grinded.
7.The glue roller surface is treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
8.Motorized ro manually adjust the glue width dividing to match the paper width.
9.Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while it stopped.
